Job Description:

SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

5 to 8 year of SAP SucessFactors implementation experience.

Must have experience in Middle-East, Saudi experience is preferable.

Must have knowledge of Saudi and UAE labor law.   
Implement / Support experience and certification for  o Employee Central (EC) o Employee Central Payroll (ECP) o Time Tracking (TT) o Onboarding (0B), o Talent Management

Performance & Goal Management (PMGM)

Integrations with SAP S4Hana (P to P, Mash etc.)

4 full lifecycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP

Should be able to lead the in-house SuccessFactors team. 

Excellent English communication skills (Arabic would be an advantage)
